I passed my test recently in Mulhuddart Maple House and had Richard Finnegan as my driving instructor. I did pre tests and hired the car from Richie, and I’m so grateful for all his help and patience. Richie is very knowledgeable, bringing me around a lot of different areas that could be test routes in Mulhuddart and providing lots of useful information and advice for better driving and for the test. I rented out Richie’s car for the test and the car was very easy to get accustomed to. Richie is very good at spotting ways to improve and is very clear with giving feedback. I’d definitely recommend Richie.

I completed my lessons with Andy O’Shea in Tallaght and could not recommend him enough! His dedication, knowledge and genuine interest in helping his learners succeed was clear in every lesson, making each session both enjoyable and productive. Andy took the time to understand where I needed support and explained things in a way that made even the more challenging parts of driving feel understandable and manageable, which really put me at ease. Andy's attentiveness to his students shines through and he quickly picked up on how I learn best, keeping the lessons relaxed but still focused. No question ever felt too small, and his detailed feedback during each lesson helped me improve consistently. I found Andy’s friendly and supportive nature really reassuring, and it made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. His approach helped build my confidence massively, which made such a difference behind the wheel - especially since I started off quite nervous. Thanks to Andy, I felt fully prepared going into my test. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated driving instructor to help them pass their test.
